I offer an integrative style that draws on therapeutic massage, structural bodywork and trigger point therapy. Many of my clients come to me with work related pain associated with computer use and/or repetitive motions, migraines and posture related aches and pains. They find relief from the discomfort and you can too! You can feel confident the session will be tailored to fit your individual needs.

Andy is a certified and
licensed massage
therapist specializing in
pain relief through
therapeutic massage,
structural bodywork and
trigger point therapy at
her private practice in
San Francisco, CA.

Her style flows between the edgy manipulation of soft tissue and soothing, restorative bodywork. Using an intuitive and intelligent approach, Andy's style speaks to
the bodies' inherent resilience and desire to
move toward balance and alignment.

By releasing holding patterns that are no longer serving us, we can expand and reach our full potential.

Andy's intrigue and passion for massage is rooted in her fundamental curiosity about the human body and how things manifest somatically, her education from the Florida School of Massage in 2005 and her continued education, with many reknowned and prestigious teachers, in a variety of massage modalities including injury specific myofascial release and trigger point therapy, postural analysis as well as subtle modalities like ortho-bionomy, craniosacral therapy, reiki & Ayurveda.

New Morning Hours! Start your day off on the "right" foot - literally! Book today to get aligned with a session of structural bodywork, a balancing Ayurvedic treatment or a meditative session of Yoga Nidra.

I am now offering private sessions of Yoga Nidra, an ancient style of meditation that lulls the brain into a lucid state while the body achieves a deep state of relaxation and restoration. These sessions address the overactive mind and the body's response to pain, while releasing limiting thoughts and tackling depletion. Studies show 1 hour of Yoga Nidra has been proven to equate 4 hours of "normal" sleep! While you are awake and aware during the session, you are being guided through a body scan and visualization. After the 75-minute session, clients often report they feel eurphoric, rested and optimistic. In today's modern society, most of us are depleted and struggling to do more on less rest. Book a session of Yoga Nidra to bring you back into balance.

These sessions, along with the Ayurvedic Relaxation sessions I offer, incorporate over 10 years working with Ayuvedic treatments, Yogic studies and teacher trainings, as well as my extensive personal journey living with a rare sleep disorder. I look forward to sharing these tools with you. Read more about how Yoga Nidra works here.
